This Software covers all operations related to paddy purchase with maintaining variety, PO issue, Bill entry, Aaarati wise commission records, Auto distribute expense on purchase of specified criteria’s, plant contractor loading and unloading slip management, batch wise production, paddy dump data, Automatic freight voucher generation for vehicle inwards, purchase voucher, production vouchers, dispatch invoices for export, domestic, paddy sale etc., rice and other finished item purchase, general store management on FIFO method. System has all statuary reports as well as comprehensive set of reports for user and management analysis like 8 AM, batch wise production reports, yield reports, paddy moisture record, stock register etc.

Insurane Web is one of the big Agent of Tata AIG General Insurance in north India and provides all type of general insurance service for approx. 15 general insurance companies and has more than 200 Direct Sales Agents (POS).

JSS Software developed two softwares of General Insurance for Insurance Web.

• Policy Data management: It consist policy data, customer data and cover note data management, it manages Insurance policy data with wide variety of parameters like customer data, premium details and payment data, all aspects of cover note book management like book receive from Insurance company, issue to staff or POS, Book received from staff or POS, cancel cover note record and book return to Insurance company. Maintain different type of Endorsement data for financial or non-financial reason like cheque bounce, NCB recovery, CNG addition, customer data updating etc. This tailor made software maintains all data required by customer like shortfall voucher data, IRDA commission reconciliation, and POS commission processing etc.
• Quotation Generation: This is online software (SQL Server and ASP.Net) with restricted access running on intranet. In this software in-house staff or POS can compare and generate quotations for different Insurance companies for prospective or existing clients. This application generate quotation on basis of sum insured/IDV, NCB, Discount/Rating, fuel type, year of manufacturing, modal, driving habits etc.
